  Very busy sunday afternoon but the food was amazing as always. We did have some trouble with drinks orders being missed. We had to ask 3 different servers 3 times as to where one drink had got to but they got there eventually. The staff themselves were cheerful and really friendly. there's not much parking when it's busy as well. Not sure if there's other facilities nearby.

  Beautiful and cozy American restaurant in a quiet area of West Kirby, their ox ribs including baby rack is tasty but the pork ribs is too dry or else deserve 5 Stars!

  Hickorys has a certain appeal, however it can be insanely busy. If you want a quiet drink, keep looking!
  
  If you like American style food, this place is for you. The food is great, excellent even, the staff are attentive and (from my point of view) well managed and there generally isn't a wait for food or drink to appear.
  
  It isn't cheap though, and you might find you are waiting for a table if you haven't booked ahead.
  
  TVs on with football and rugby on too.
